The Boxoffice Company recently identified unusual activity on some of its systems and promptly took steps to shut it down. Showtimes data you entered up to April 4, 2024, will be updated on search platforms.

The investigation into the nature and scope of the incident is ongoing and is in its very early stages. We will share additional information directly with our customers as appropriate.

Sign up for the Showtimes Entry Tool (SET). SET is an interface where you can enter your programming every week. We can also provide you with a printable if you will need this. To get login information and sign up contact us.

If you have not received the welcome email, then contact us and we’ll get you login information as soon as possible.

Once you have setup your password, you can enter your schedule any time you need to make changes here.

It can happen that we don’t have a full count of your auditoriums for each location. In that case, head to the Cinema Info section of the platform, select the “Auditoriums” tab, and add the right number of auditoriums. There is no need to add extra information. We only need the auditorium number, name, and number of seats. For example:
